Rohit Sood has led roles from Business Unit Head to Project Manager, with over 31 years of experience across oil & gas, refineries, petrochemicals, fertilizers, chemicals, renewables, and MEP sectors. His expertise spans proposals, project controls, business development, strategy, and planning. He brings 7+ years of site experience on greenfield refinery and revamp projects in India, with deep involvement in gasification, offshore, and ESG-focused initiatives. Quality control, value engineering, and risk management remain central to his approach.

Vishal R. Mundhe
Mr. Vishal, A key member of our Oil & Gas team, is a UK-Chartered and India-registered Professional Engineer with 25 years of global experience across Oil & Gas, Refining, and Petrochemicals. An IITM M.Tech graduate, his expertise spans process engineering, flow assurance, and process safety. He is an IChemE-certified HAZOP Chairman and simulation software expert (HYSYS, OLGA) who has led major international projects for firms like Petronas and Aker, bringing end-to-end technical leadership.

Tamojyoti Mukhoadhyay
With over 30 years of experience in managing large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector, Tamojyoti Mukhoadhyay has led key projects such as the IL&FS oil terminal in Fujairah, LNG terminals for IOLPL and Swan Energy, and ethane/ethylene facilities for Reliance. His portfolio also includes DCU units in Mangalore and Baroda and the crude storage cavern in Mangalore. Tamojyoti has held senior leadership roles at Indian Oil, Punj Lloyd, IL&FS, L&T, Afcons, and Black & Veatch. His core expertise spans project execution, engineering, contracts, and financial management.

Yash has successfully led greenfield, brownfield, and revamp projects in oil refineries, petrochemicals, terminals, pipelines, utilities, and infrastructure across India and the Middle East, consistently driving results through effective planning, risk management, and execution.

As a seasoned energy sector professional with over 38 years of experience in oil and gas, he has held key leadership roles at ONGC, including Executive Director of Eastern Offshore and Rajahmundry Assets. He also served as Vice President at InVenire Energy. His expertise spans project management, operations, and technical leadership in offshore and onshore projects. Adesh has contributed to R&D, authored technical papers, and co-authored a book on artificial lift techniques.

Ram Bahadur has over 40 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and control across EPC, PMC, and consultancy services in India and the Middle East. He has led major projects with IOCL, HPCL, ADMA, GASCO, and Takreer, including refinery expansions, CO₂ capture units, LPG terminals, and pipeline infrastructure. He has held senior management roles at Engineers India Ltd., Protocon BTG, Chiyoda CC, and Nauvata Energy Transition Enterprise. His core expertise lies in project planning, control, and management for large-scale, high-impact infrastructure and energy projects.

He has developed an algorithm to minimize duplicate navigational waypoint names, currently in use by the U.N. International Civil Aviation Organization. He also has extensive experience in implementing AI and API integrations for globally recognized clients ranging from healthcare to defence contractors.
